Returns/Exchange Policy

Returns/ Exchanges
Our policy lasts 2 days. We Do Not accept returns but will allow store credit on approved exchanges within a maximum of 2 days from the date of delivery. We do not allow refunds. Exchanges are accepted up to 2 days after delivery. If the time since your purchase delivery exceeds 2 days, unfortunately we can not offer an exchange.

There maybe minor color and material variations. Internal error Exchanges must be approved before returning. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchanges may be denied, i.e. if items seem tampered with or used slightly. EXCHANGES are only granted if buyer contacts customer service within 48 Hours of delivery. Request for exchange that exceeds the 2 day delivery window will be denied.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be EXCHANGED, unfortunately sale items cannot be EXCHANGED.
Fraudulent Charge Claims
We do not refund payments on orders that pass (CVV) card security code verification.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: address provided upon contacting emlcustomerservices@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
